Alexander and his relationship with his brothers, close together, is close as any siblings. All, have a very loud meow and will use any chance they get. Interesting note, cat's don't meow at one another, only humans, they growl, but not meow, look it up.
PurrFabulous: What can be so fabulous about some black and white cat? Well, I'll tell you. For us Alexander isn't just another tuxedo kitty. He's has brought much joy to our worlds. I can always count on him to be there when I'm feeling down or empty. Bringing hope back into our hearts every day with his squeaky meow, buffy cheeks, long whiskers, and his Alice Cooper eyes (the black teardrop look in the inner corners of his eyes).
Posing for the camera to shows his best side (his entire face)! The black mole on the upper, left corner of Alexander's nose comes from a long line of pure breed Tuxedo felines with royalty blood (not really, but we let him believe). This is his trademark look. I can always find Alexander in the bunch just by looking for the spot on his nose. Wish it glowed, that would be really cool. Also, note the teardrop markings in the corner of his eye's. The Alice Cooper look. His brother Miles has this same look.
Alexander's meow is a high pitched squeak. He'll get up on the counter and meow to no end for someone to pet him (meow, meow, meow, he insists!). Of course he gets loving, how can one resist Alexander's squeak for attention. It's also so cute when he does meow, his cheeks puff up on the sides, with his long white whiskers, and out comes the meow. I just want to squeeze those cheekies of his.
PurrFact: Cats can hear sounds too faint or too high in frequency for human ears, such as those made by mice and other small animals. Also, a cat’s hearing is better than a dog’s. And a cat can hear high-frequency sounds up to two octaves higher than a human.
Nothing says "Hey, look at me.", better than twisting and twirling on the counter. At times he'll get too close the edge, and I'll have to catch him as he starts to fall off, or I'll move him back to the middle of the counter for safety. He likes living on the edge.
Skittish is the word when asked "one word to describe Alexander". He is very loving and friendly, but scares easily. If you move fast or walk fast near him he'll bolt off running. But, I can always stop and softly say, "Squeaky Cheeks, it's ok." He'll stop, start his squeaky meowing, and will slowly walk back to me.
