Gender: Male
Nicknames (aka): Squeaky Cheeky, Squeaky Cheekees, Squeekers.
Look & Color: Black & White (Tuxedo). The word Tuxedo when referring to a cat represents his colors and not a specific cat breed (piebald). Alexander has a black beauty mark on the left side of the front of his nose. This has always given him good luck. He also has the Alice Cooper eyes (the black teardrop look in the inner corners of his eyes).
Likes: What could Alexander like ("What ya like Alex?")? Well, to begin with, he'll stand on the kitchen counter, and patently wait for his next victim to stroll in. On one such occasion, while watching T.V. in the living room, I finished my last drop of water, and made my way to the kitchen to replenish. Low and behold it is Alexander, squeaking away, walking back-n-forth on the counter, requesting, no demanding, that I give him one of his most favorites of all - pettings. Another, and very similar like for Alexander is to sleep on that same kitchen counter. He'll be fast asleep snoring away. If anyone walks into the kitchen, he'll briefly wake up, slightly lift his head, look straight at you, and will make a faint squeak announcing, "Sup human! Sleeping here so keep it quit!" He'll then lay his big head back down on the counter to continue with his precious beauty rest. So, whether Alexander is waiting for his pettings or getting his much needed ZZZ's, he can always be found hanging out on the kitchen counter. Alexander is crazy (goes crazy for) the color blue or shades of blue. How do I know this you ask? If I'm wearing a blue shirt, blue hat, or blue pantalones (pants in spanish), Alexander will scream (loud, screeching meows) while rubbing his cheeks (Squeaky Cheeky) raw on the blue clothes. "You are slobbering on my shirt Alexander." No other color gets this same reaction from him.
Dislikes: Loud noises and fast moving people cause Alexander to become overly stressed. This could be stomping feet (fast walking), banging on the counter, shutting doors, and fast movements towards Alexander all cause him to flee the area faster than a mouse in our house (because if a mouse came into our house it best skedaddle fast or else). Food is a precious resource for a cat, except for Alexander, it is an obsession. Never liking or willing to share, Alexander bogart's ALL his food. Another pet peeve (pun intended) for Alexander is a dirty water bowl. "Soooo much cat hair in this water, come on humans!", meows Alexander (Fresh water is always available to you Alexander, so quite complaining you silly kitty cat you.)
Personality: As most of his siblings and kitty pals, Alexander has a very friendly and outgoing personality. Always ready for some attention and friendship. Also, Alexander has a trademark meow and is known as "The Squeak" within his feline circle of friends, and branded with the nickname "Squeakers" by us humans. This is due to the fact that his high pitched squeaky meow always soars high above the other cats meows. He will follow you around, meowing to no end, insisting on you petting him. But, funny thing is, if you approach him too fast, he'll swiftly run off. "Uh, Alexander, don't you want to be petted?", I quizzingly ask. Don't worry, within seconds he'll be right back meowing (squeaking) for your attention.
Who Am I? I'm Alexander, of course. When I meow it sounds like a squeaky wheel (I would say mouse, but no). I have two brothers, Moose and Miles (they are also on this site, but they don't have an awesome, fantastic, wonderful squeaky meow like I do). I used to be an overweight kitty, but in the last year I have lost a lot weight. Now, you can feel all my bones when you pet me. Also, although I'm very loving, I tend to get freaked out easily and will flee (run off). But, never worry, I'll be right back in front of you for some attention.
What makes me so awesome? I like to stand on counters, and meow in your face until you give me loving. Also, when I run, my belly hangs down and will quickly shake side-to-side (real funny like). I suppose this helps with my cat balancing skills. Has anyone mentioned my squeaky meow? Oh, they did, ok, well then you know about my harmonious squeaking voice (meow).
Best Friend(s): Moose (also his brother) and Graymore. Alexander isn't too picky whom he hangs out with. When it comes to his pals, Alexander is easy going (except when it comes to his food, he's not sharing, no way, no how)
Favorite Food: Moist type (man, that word is wierd, "moist", say it out loud consecutively 10 times. Same for the word "meal". Sheesh!). Alexander, for some reason, severely dislikes these 2 words, and if heard, he'll quickly run off meowing loudly to drown out the sound of the dreaded words.
Favorite Music: Rock Mostly - Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Umphrey's McGee, Foreigner, Boston.
Favorite Movie and/or T.V. Show: Die Hard (all), Cops, Live P.D., that sort of stuff, you know.
If I were famous I would be: Steve McQueen - Because I would get to drive the 1968 Ford Mustang 390 GT 2+2 Fastback in the 1968 movie Bullitt.
As a kitten what did I want to be when I grew up? Part of the set crew on a reality T.V. show.
Ambitions: Move to New York and start my own deli on West Avenue over on Long Island.
